    Yes! We have a Customer Success team for all of the normal questions you may need answered.

    We also have a team who can help you with those next level projects (like up leveling your marketing) that is available as an add on to your plan.

  • Can I use the platform for both internal personnel and patients?

    Yes! Our platform is fully capable on managing both internal staff and all of your patients. Once assigned to the appropriate role any individual will then have access to the appropriate data. Our Customer Success team will help you work out all these details.

  • How can you improve patient engagement for my practice?

    Patients are always trying to save time or avoid frustration. They don’t want to wait on hold or get an automated phone call or generic email. They want personalized interactions and an answer as soon as possible. Our Instant messenger will allow you to have real-time access to sending messages, fillable forms, surveys, pictures and video. This definitively frees up the phone lines while decreasing reliance on excessive paperwork and routine questions.
